Dear Neighbors of Kaiser Permanente Ontario:
The California Energy Commission (CEC) has funded us, Charge Bliss (www.chargebliss.com), to develop a clean energy system for the Kaiser Permanente hospital in Ontario using a large solar system, batteries, fuel cell, and controls.
As part of this project, we hope to understand how community members view the quality of the local environment (air quality/smog), the role of the hospital, and how the proposed energy systems might impact the area.
